Shamanic healing is a spiritual and holistic practice that indigenous cultures worldwide have utilized for thousands of years, and it is still very much alive today. Like most healing practices, it is based on the belief that everything in the universe is interconnected and that the individual’s health is linked to the harmony between their body, mind, spirit, and the world around them. As part of this, Shamanic healing emphasizes the importance of living in harmony with nature. It acknowledges the deep wisdom that can be gained through a respectful relationship with the Earth and its inhabitants.

Over the years, I have developed my Shamanic healing practice by tapping into my lineage of Polish Shamanic ancestral wisdom on my mother’s side and by cultivating relationships with the spirits and teachers of various lands. I have participated in deep shadow work as part of this path and have held the space for others to do so. It is an honor to share this offering with those who feel called. 

In these Shamanic Healing sessions, I will invoke various guides, ancestors, and other helping spirits to help transmit insight, transmute shadow, glean wisdom, and restore balance and harmony anywhere in your system where you are out of alignment. We may even perform a shamanic soul retrieval if this feels like it is needed.

One Shamanic healing session is sufficient to go deep into the Shamanic plane, although, depending on what we are working with, I may recommend several sessions. Due to the intense emotional nature of these sessions, sometimes they run a bit over 60 minutes.
